Mike Marshall

Mike Marshall, Sportswriting Editor

My name is Mike Marshall and this is my third year on the PLD Lamplighter staff. In my first year, I was a staff reporter and mostly kept up with schedules and rosters on the website. Last year I was the assistant sports editor and did a good amount of work. I had twenty-eight published articles last year and wrote a few that weren’t published. This year I’m the sports editor and I intend to break my personal record of twenty-eight articles this year. My goal is to make the sports page the premiere area of Lamplighter and I believe this is quite doable this year. I’m really looking forward to another year on staff and hope it is just as good as all the others have been so far. And as always with Lamplighter program first!
