As fall sports are coming to a close, the end of that season brings the beginning of the winter sports season.  Boys and girls basketball, wrestling, hockey and swimming and diving all are starting up in the next month.

Boys’ Basketball

The Bulldogs basketball team has its first game coming up on December 3 at Woodford County.  They are coached by Mr. Scott Chalk, and led by seniors Kyle Clark, Vince Davis, Troy Black, Jordan Hurst, and Donnie Lewis

Girls’ Basketball

The lady Bulldogs take the court for the first time on December 3 at Walton-Verona.  Mrs. Sarah Bridenbaugh coaches the team and are led by seniors Shakeema Jackson, Jordan Thomas, and Brooke Todd

Swimming and Diving

The Dunbar Swim and Dive team kicks off their season in a meet against Tates Creek on November 23.  They are coached by Ms. Sydney Witzky and led by senior captains Sydney Toth and Adam Harter.

Wrestling

Dunbar wrestling hit the mat for the first time on December 4 in their first dual meet.  They are coached by Mr. Patrick Sinclair and Mr. Andrew Fogg, and led by captains senior Justin Borck and junior Stephen Leddy.

Hockey

The Dunbar Ice Hockey team has their first game on November 14 against Trinity High School.  The hockey team is coached by Paul Adelfio and led by senior captains Connor Clifford, Caleb Clay, and Ian Piepgrass.
