Hi, my name is Andres. I’ve been writing since I was in elementary school. I wouldn't say that it’s my favorite thing to do but it’s definitely up there. I would also say I'm pretty good at it too. I’ve always liked writing whether it's about me, writing stories, poems, anything honestly. The thing I love most about writing is that you can do whatever you want with it. If you want someone to die, you can make them die, and you can change the story to your liking. That’s probably why I like it so much. Now that I’m part of PLD Lamplighter, I finally get to express my passion for writing and sports. I will definitely need some time to learn all the things about Lamplighter but I’m excited about it. This is my first year in Lamplighter and I haven't done anything notable yet. But, I'm excited to see what kind of things I’m gonna be able to do. I’m not really sure what goals I have for Lamplighter since I just started but I guess my first goal is to get accustomed to the routine of things around here. Now a little bit about myself, I was born here but I am from Colombia. I can speak English, Spanish, and a little bit of French. I love to play soccer and basketball (but mainly soccer). I play for LSC (Lexington Soccer Club). I'm also trying out for the Dunbar basketball team. To be honest, if you like soccer and basketball as much as I do, I will definitely be friends with you.
