Louisiana Tech v. Hawaii

On Dec. 22 the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs played the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors in the Hawaii  Bowl. The game ended with the Bulldogs winning 31-14. The passing leaders were #8 J’mar Smith for the Bulldogs, going 19/31 for 285 yards a touchdown and an interception, and #13 Cole McDonald for the Rainbow Warriors, going 10/20 for 85 yards and 2 interceptions. The rushing leaders were #23 Jaqwis Dancy for the Bulldogs, with 15 touches for 57 yards, and #21 Freddie Holly III for the Rainbow Warriors, with 9 touches for 57 yards. The receiving leaders #9 Teddy Veal for the Bulldogs, with 8 catches for 107 yards, and #89 Jason-Matthew Sharsh for the Rainbow Warriors, with 5 catches for 67 yards and a touchdown. The defensive leaders were #85 Willie Baker for the Bulldogs, with 5 solo tackles and 4 sacks, and #27 Solomon Matautia for the Rainbow Warriors, with 7 solo and 3 assisted tackles.
